Our Modern Style tiny homes are made of Scandinavian pine designed and handcrafted by European craftsmen. They feature doors and windows made of double paned insulated glass.

We offer three different modular sizes of inside area that can be attached to each other to produce multiple configurations to meet your preferred floor plan layout and total livable size.

 

The modern modular style can be designed with different walls: Solid walls, or large panoramic glass walls for views and natural light, or sunscreen wall with glass and wall panels combination for varied environment. 

 

The sliding parts are housed in aluminum frames, so the whole construction is stable. Drainage channels protect from accumulated moisture from entering the inside of the structure. Sealing brushes prevent precipitation and dust from entering the structure and dampen the vibration of moving parts from the wind. 

 

The Modern Modular units have French style double glazed doors made from finger-jointed pinewood. The door set consists of a door frame, a door leaf, 2 glass units, 2 adjustable hinges, a lock and handle.

 

The modern modular units are delivered packed on the pallet(s) with manuals enclosed ready for east assembly.
