Sugar Camp Meadows Tiny Homes & Saunas, was started in Western North Carolina by Johan and Greg. They met serendipitously in Asheville, NC through a robust friends network. 

 

Johan was born in the Netherlands and has lived in Canada as well as Los Angeles and Miami and is fluent in English, Dutch, & German. His career includes extensive experience in overseas sales, marketing and managing customer relationships.   Hans is an avid cyclist and soccer fan.

 

Greg was raised in Eugene, Oregon and has had a fulfilling 36-year engineering career, with a particular passion for work on most of Oregon’s historic covered bridges. Greg enjoys hiking, cycling, wood working, design & construction projects.

 

Our vision is to provide high quality, attractive and cost efficient Small Living Solutions anywhere in the United States to provide additional living space for personal use, office and studio. These tiny homes can also make elegant glamping communities.
